Secure payment
We only use highly secure payment gateways for taking payment for your order. Fase Controls do not take payment ourselves. We never see your payment details, only what you have ordered!
Even though our website is protected by SSL, we do not process any payments ourselves. When you select a payment option during the checkout process then your payment details are entered on a 3rd party form. Although this is styled to look similar to the fase controls webpage, this is actually a payment gateway such as PayPal, stripe.com or similar. All details entered here are sent to the relevant payment gateway company for processing. Payment processing is not completed by Fase Controls.
This is an extremely secure way of processing payments and is the recommended way for websites like ours to process payments.
Once the payment has been authorised by the relevant payment gateway then we are informed of your order. Only once we receive this authorisation can we begin to process your order.
Fase Controls don't know your payment details so will never ask for them. Instead, to track your order, we will ask for your order reference number which will be included in email correspondence in relation to your order.
